Brand Building & Management

built on psychological principles

Project: SCORE, Brand Building & Management

Role: Brand Strategy, Concept Development, Positioning, Creative Direction,Brand Management,Marketing

Built on a human insight that is proven in psychology:

Human Insight(1):

Those who are pursuing success and constantly moving forward believe in the importance of living in the moment, for a clearer mind, emotional balance, and better mental health.

human insight(2):

Scientifically, food tastes better when we eat it slowly, and we are present, thinking and focusing on each flavour

Therefore, I turned both human and market insight into a brand strategy. This approach gave birth to the tagline Savor the Moment” explaining the idea that food isn’t just about filling our stomachs; it’s about pausing, feeling, and reconnecting with the present.

 This belief strongly resonated with our targeted audience, and it aligned with Jeddah’s culture, where people naturally value presence, enjoyment, and meaningful living.

The brand was built entirely from the ground up, from the initial idea and concept to full strategy, positioning, and market entry. I developed SCORE’s foundation, defining its purpose, mission, vision, and deeper elements such as philosophy, essence, and personality, and other deeper elements. Each layer was crafted to reflect the brand’s belief system and behaviour system fully, whether in day-to-day operation or long-term customer engagement strategy

Beyond strategy, I also defined the creative and artistic path of the brand, ensuring that every design, tone, and visual expression reflected SCORE’s philosophy and emotional depth.

From pre-launch strategy to public introduction and managing the brand image, I guided SCORE through every stage of its journey, positioning it, launching it, and scaling it across the market. Over time, the brand became one of Jeddah’s most recognizable names, known for its busy waiting list, where you have to wait for 2 hours on regular weekdays and up to 5 hours on weekends
